Side to side the front axle is a bit off to one side , i'd guess around 3/4" .
Could it be that the spring got damaged when testing/cycling the suspension?
I will phone rough country and ask them....

My buddy thinks the track bar is causing the lean, but i can not see how, when i disconnect the sway bar it makes no difference.
I did cycle the suspension a bit ;-) maybe it needs more cycling. IDK...

I have a 98 XJ with a rough country 6.5" long arm , rear adjustable shackles and soon 1.75" coil spacers, the driver side leans and it seems to dart around ( thinking too much neg caster)
