    Had mine replaced, just recently.
    Watching him do it, the right tools definitely make it a breeze. I got a new rubber garnish mould. If it's hard, replace it.

    That's the idea.... But I don't like the tray. I reckon I would do it differently. Narrower, not as high off the chassis and not as long. I would use tube for the head board/roll bar too.
