Here it is, got it off e-bay for $10 but should have gone down to the local pub and grabbed one. Didn't know till after that they throw them out every once in a while when they stop working properly....

I'll add a pic of the shifter today. Never had any problems with the license plate either. Gone thru the border a number of times and they just ask me the plate number. I've even gone thru roadblocks...
