To remove the hub bearing assembly, you'll need a 12point 13mm socket but a 12 point 1/2'' socket will work in a pinch.
The axle hub nut is a 36mm.

Oh, this is a good idea. I know Dan from the 4x4 Podcast was putting together a list just like this a few years ago. I wonder if he kept at it, I hope he chimes in here.
