I think you'll see a little loss from the coupler and the long run of coax, but for a temp situation it should be fine.

I'd have to check but that is probably a 1/2 wave antenna. 1/4 is the norm for mobile applications because the metal of the vehicle is used to mirror the other half of the antenna. People with...
