Their blurb says these lights are designed for off road racing. That may be the difference since it is all high speed stuff. You don't need to know what is going on beside you at those speeds

It is on their combo lights. 8° and 20° is all they list
I have to admit that I don't know much. But I have been looking. One thing I did notice is that their flood beam has a 20° angle. Most of the others have a 30° angle on them. Maybe not a deal...
I had a couple of driving lights on the wifes 85. That is how I used them too
