Re: What did you do to your Jeep today?

I have never found the design for the blower circuit to be satisfactory. Draws too much power for the resistor and blows fuses, burns up switches and connections. I would be happier with something...

    Re: Oops I bought ....... a ZJ

Sure glad I don't have that much to be inspected here, even though we do have to pass smog. At least in my county we don't have to put them on the dyno

    Re: Project: "Rigor Mortis"

It is an epoxy based body filler with fibers in it to keep it from cracking. It is made for filling in holes and stuff. Sometimes called kitty hair.

    Re: Project: "Rigor Mortis"

As far as I know, the 2 door floor is about the same as the 4 door floor. But as for that spot, to fix it I would use some tiger hair. Works pretty good in filling stuff like that

    Re: AC condensation leak

Yes. You can see where it goes through the fire wall from under the hood and from the bottom of the housing inside

    Re: AC condensation leak

OK, yes there is a drain that can plug. There is a small rubber tube the comes from the bottom of the AC housing and goes through the firewall. Pull it, clean it and you should be good to go.

    Re: AC condensation leak

I hope you know for sure you have a condenser leak. You have to pull the dash on a 93 to get to it. How did you determine you have a leak there?
