You can keep the Cs, but you need the stub shaft, knuckle, hub, spindle etc.

Yes to high pinion. Converting to locking hubs is doable two ways, neither cheap. First you can buy a kit from Warn. Over $1000. Second get all the parts from the Cs out from an early D30. This...
