    my initial plan was to just graft them into the original housings. but that plastic... as soon as i touched it with any tool, it just grenaded. i wasn't left with many options. this worked for me...

    I'm fairly sure they are wider at the front than the rear. might look silly... unless... you narrow the front sheet metal to compensate. oh geeze... now I'm not gonna sleep tonight.
