When I put my lift on mine, I snapped 3 of these. I had to drill and tap. It took a while to do, but it's doable.

+1 for 1aauto. A while back, i ordered an exhaust manifold for my f350 from them and got it for like $90 shipped to AK. That thing weighs like 30 lbs!

Just measured from hub to fender flare. With my lift I got 22" up front and 21.5" in the rear. I have subs/box/amp and tools in the rear.

Have you thought about just filling it in with Bondo? It'll give you a decently solid place to attach the plating to. Don't know what you're using to attach it though? That way, you wouldn't have to...
