You are right, but as I found when I was hammering out the front end sheet metal :fighting0061:, the bumper cover is really just that....a cover....

That looks like a solid solution.
I managed to snag a good header panel from the pull-a-part also, so when I go to install that, I 'll check out the unibody "frame" tubes against how those appear...

Before I can try this WJ out further, even exploring some forest roads, it needs recovery points.
Managed to get a OEM receiver hitch from the pull-a-part, but the OEM front tow hooks are hard...
