sidenote: I did dig out the hole where the old out house was. this leaves me the flexibility to leave the bottom of the porta potty in place or cut it out and use the hole.

I really do not know. the same liquid the guy put in the bottom ,he cleaned it with when he serviced it. therefore, i assume it does. I do not go out there after deer season.

I own property in SW Pennsylvania where I had a functional Out-House until 4 years ago. It finally caved in. It was over 40 years old(that's how long the property has been in my family). The bottom...
