There should be a metal tag on the left side of the rear diff cover held on by two of the cover bolts. Also a dana 35 will have a 35c stamped on the housing by the axle tube.
I run Ac delco's in everything.
What calipers did you use maybe the caliper is holding the top of the rotor out which could cause the bottom of the rotor to push inwards. Just trying to think of reasons this would be happening.
What rotors did you use? 88 and 99 may have different offsets on the rotors. Is the wheel bearings or ball joints loose?
Pull the pin on just one side. This eliminates the sway bars effect and you only have two tieup one side. Either passenger or driver. I pull the driver side only.
