Don't know if they still offer it, but several years ago I replaced the stock cracked exhaust manifold with a ceramic coated Pacesetter header with a CARB #. Been very happy with it.

Bummer. Was about to pull the trigger on one of these aluminum single-row radiators, until I read this. I pull some extended grades on the freeway over here, and my temps are really climbing up...

What was the ambient air temp during your tests? Regularly gets @ 100* here in the summer. Thinking I might need to make this radiator change as well.

Well, I luckily found my leak (hopefully the only one!) this afternoon. It's coming out the thermostat housing, but only when the rev's are up. Only a very small leak, and the fan blows the coolant...
