Shims and Tcase drop also. Most lower control arms take no top arms in concideraton on 3" lifts but on a 4.5 I think 4.3's right about the arc of movement. I would run the same manufactures top arms...

You need to use a star (torx) bit to remove and tapping on it with a small hammer will help break up any corosion. Also for best result's if you are doin it yourself buy good contact cement the kind...
