Normally you slap the new gear on the VSS and pop it in the transfer case tail shaft housing then rotate it to the marked position for your gear. It meshes with the worm gear on the tail shaft and...
Any body use an electronic speedometer calibrator?
I've tried and failed to put a 40 tooth speedometer gear into my Atlas.
I'm going to try one of the inline electronic calibrators and was hoping some one has tried one of them.
