95 XJ - Plastic piece on top of rear bumper

So I got a new black metal rear bumper and put that on becuase the right side of the stock one was bent to hell. The black plastic piece that sits on top of the bumper and connects to the body was also damaged. Where can I buy that replacement piece that sits on top of the rear bumper? Otherwise you see the bumper mounting brackets and everything. Anyone know??

I got mine from the junkyard for about 5 bucks,
