A man and his young son are in a coffee shop. They're matching nickels to pass the time, when the youngster manages to flip his nickel and get it stuck in his throat. He immediately starts choking, dad goes into a panic.
At the other end of the counter, a business-suited woman hears the racket. She neatly folds her newspaper and lays it aside, gets up, and walks over to the man and his son.
Sizing the situation up; she reaches down, undoes the boy's pants, and drops them to the ground. Underwear follows.
She looks him right in the eye and grabs him by the scrotum. Watching his eyes, she gradually twists and pulls until finally - the young lad spits up the nickel. The woman neatly catches it with her other hand, hands it to the boy, pulls his pants back up, and goes to wash her hands.
She comes back to her newspaper, and the grateful father and son are amazed. Profuse in their thanks, the question comes up "What do you do for a living that taught you how to do that? Are you a doctor?"
"No," the woman replies. "I'm a divorce attorney."
