these past few weeks have been crazy but she works. heres a list of things ive done.

new fan clutch, 180 high flow t-stat, hesco high flow housing, flow-kooler water pump, 3-row radiator, optima battery, herculined floor, electric fan, and motor mounts...

temp does not go over this... i was at the gas station and the temp went up to 210 after the jeep was off, after filling up i turned her on and temps went back down after the coolant was flowing... no more heat:D

put the fan clutch in, decided it was to close to the rad, so i relocated the rad pushing it forward and redrilling new holes and cutting out a piece for the rad filler cap. the fan clutch hit my old rad, thats why i moved it and so a can fit a hd fan clutch with out hitting... new motor mounts helped to

the temps were usually at the mark above 210... and would over heat at idle

I got the flowkooler water pump installed today. No change. Got up to 222 (first hash after 210) driving on the highway 75 mph (2800 rpm) after about 7 miles. Outside air temps are supposed to be 94 degrees, it felt hotter. It didn't over heat. Dunno, looks like I'm done with the cooling system upgrade. I guess the only thing left would be dual electric fans that both come on and off not one or the other.

right now ive only got one electric fan and my cf... i think it would be best to keep your cf and wire a electric... i bought a kit from summit that kicks on when you turn your a/c on or you can hook up a manual switch...
