this is a slow build do to time and money
more time then money any more but shes coming along

this is what i started with

http://i1126.photobucket.com/albums/l601/EKing81/HPIM0366.jpg

bare bones stock 95 with a D30 up front C8.25 out back and a NP242 TC

the 4.0 , trans and TC will be staying the D30 is gone and the C8.25 is on its way out

a waggy D44 is going up front and XJ 44 in the rear
hoping to do a 4 link rear have to figure that out yet would be alot easier if i want to go full width

there will be a custom dash fabricated
battery relocation with dual batteries to be moved under the rear seat which will also be custom made

anyway on with pics

getting it gutted , cutting the rusty rocker out, and doing removeable door mod

rockers will be replaced with 2x6x3/16 tubing and braced back to the unibody after the unibody stiffeners are welded in

what seemed to be a solid floor with some soft spots ended up being worse once the carpet was removed so out with that

Looks like a lot of rust to me. The only rust on my 92 is a couple pin holes in the passenger side floor board.

Just about all the ones in CA, AZ and NM are rust free. They don't use salt on the roads. They do however in Reno, NV, so you might see some there and in the Sierras. The real trick is to get a gross polluter that is sold cheap because it won't pass. Those you can pick up for $4 - $800

You might want to check with Jensen on this forum. The man has some real good body work skills and is a master at rust repair.
