Hi guys. I have two jeeps and have owned another 8 - I think - maybe.. have to add it up in my head. I think I like them.

I think I like the fact that they seem - and are - in many ways built better than most vehicles. It is odd that I keep getting deals on them when I buy them and seem to sell them for more than I buy them for. They have the highest resale value than any other domestic manufacturer.

Anyway - I have over 600 posts on another forum but I thought I would join here because I am going to go pick up my new (new to me) XJ from my mechanics in the next little while - it is getting brakes on the back does and some axle work as well.

:driving:

Welcome, glad to have you. Jeep XJ boards are fun. I am a member of several myself. We thought it would be fun to have our own and do things a little differently. Different good we hope. ;)

If you have some pictures, and we know you do, please post them.

I will have some more when I get it back from my mechanics - actually - I still haven't driven it yet.. had to be towed from the guy I got it from. Once I do - I will. :-)

Here is some free wallypaper I made - one is from a few years ago and the other is from today. Don't bother making it click free as they are large 1650x1050 so just click on the links below and they open a new window on your browser. (don't link it to here because it is too big)

One of our members sells brake line extenders. Here's his products link on this site.

He also sells things you don't need, but after seeing them you must have them! :rotfl2:

Isn't that the yellow 2 door that's on the cover of the current Quadratek catalog?

Yes I will okeedokee - as soon as I get my jeep from my mechanics - ack! I will pick it up next wednesday. Also I will need a new enhanced driver's lic as I still have not renewed my passport - since we need those to cross a border now - the new enhanced DL will do it as well. If you want to come up let me know.

Muderoy - I would like to get the same wheels as you have on mine.
I might keep the flat black (have thought of rhino lining the complete exterior) but I think I may go yellow like the bushwacker XJ.

I do know that I will add Aj's off road bumper.

From what I understand the wheels I have are pretty common. I got them because they were shinney and $100 each. ;)

Where did you buy them? (looks like u could have run a bigger tire.)

Mudderoy

I got them from a local Discount Tire place. I knew the biggest tire I could run was 32's but was going to run 33's in the future (after bushwacker were installed) So I got 15x10" wheels. They are American Racing Baja wheels, maybe baja II, can't remember. It should be in my signature below.
