Yeah but keep on something other than Youtube or Myspace since there's limited access for people who work.

I don't see a problem with a video area, but finding a place to host the videos from that isn't blocked by your company's firewall may be a bigger challenge.

Ultimately where the video is hosted is up to each individual poster.

As far as hosting the video from the xjtalk server, this would be a bad idea from the bandwidth perspective. One person watching a video being streamed from our server, would basically make everyone else's board access drop to a crawl, or stop altogether.

This might be something we can do in the future, but that would have to be after xjtalk was moved to a web hosting company with large bandwidth capacity.

This is in the plans to keep up with the growth of the board. We're not there right now though. ;)
