I'm guessing A/C gauge. Maybe it's for an R12 system?

I was able to read the face better after taking the pictures and posting it. I found this in a toolbox that I don't go into much, so it must have been left over from the 95 Ford Aerostar or earlier R12 vehicles.

I was hoping it was a fuel pressure gauge, but only because the fitting looked like the connection on the fuel rail. I did thing that 400 psi might be a bit high for fuel though. :S
