What did all the Fathers out there get for Father's day?

I got two cute cards from my wonderful daughters......and a broken foot from my lovely wife. :rolleyes:

Not 100% that it is broke yet, will have to wait and see tomorrow. It is the same foot and same spot that I have broke previously and it feels very much like it did last time. We shall see..

she dropped an old heavy pair of hair clippers on it. Going to get it looked at today just to be safe...

I got a visit and a wonderful card from my granddaughter. also got a call from my daughter in canada. Then I got to stay in the aircon for most of the day, talked to dalton on the phone. It was a very good day

nothing... kids are never here for father's day...t hey are with their dad...
Spent a lovely afternoon celebrating the 1rst communion of our hispanic little neighbors... only "non spanish speaking white people" in the mist, was quite an awesome experience...

Got the little girl wishing me a happy father day and that just made my day ;)

From my oldest daughter in Pennsylvania I got a card and a phone call.
From my middle daughter got a new pocket knife.
From my youngest daughter got a Craftsman tool tote.
From my son I got a card and a Skype call (He is in Japan with the Navy).

In the afternoon, enjoyed the swimming pool and BBQ'd some steaks for dinner.

My oldest son, the one with the Mighty Mite came for a visit tired as he was, step son came for a visit on his way to his next military assignment to blow up things, the two step daughters sent messages, one gift coming. Youngest son remained silent. Go figure.

OH yeah.. sorry. Not broken. Just badly bruised bone and injured tendon/ligaments. Doing better today, still some pain when touched and sometimes when walking, but nothing I can't deal with.:D
