xjtalk is in the process of increasing the connection speed to the Internet. The ISP has already completed the request, but we have not seen an increase that we expected.
This means that the ISP will be trying to find out why the speed was not increased. You may experience outages if/when they work on the line.
We do not expect this to happen before tomorrow, but it could be Friday, or as late as Monday.
Hopefully they will not have to take the line down to resolve the issue, but I personally believe they will have to move the circuit to another line to get the quality needed for the speed increase.
We'll keep you updated as to the progress.
