Tow Hitch Highlift Jack Adapter

I made this out of 50mmx50mm steel. Makes it easy to lift the back of the Jeep with your highlift jack.

Note the adapter is upside down to show you the cut out.

i really like the idea but am i the only one who has seen a hi lift inside a receiver and the jeep had shifted to one side,,,, then spent the next two hours digging a hole to be able to remove the jack??? not my fault just witnessed and helped extract

My XJ already fail from a highlift, that is not so nice when it happens...

This is a really good idea. You should get it patented before some one copies your idea. At the very least approach a fabricator as this is a good idea for any truck with a hitch.

Yes, hi lifts can be dangerous. I have had my old TJ fall off a hi lift on more than one occassion. Also, I have seen people hit by handles, one guy actually got his arm broke from the handle. The hi lift is a great tool and has got me unstuck more than I can count, but like any tool it has to be used correctly.

Personally, I'd stay well clear of it, too dangerous......maybe if your hi centered or something.......other than that, it's a train wreck.
