I am looking for original fogs lights that went on a 1993 jeep cherokee. I have found them online for $80 plus shipping, but I wanted to see if anyone had a set laying around that they didn't need. I have tried other fog lights, but I just don't like them as well as I liked the originals.

I've purchased two OEM fog lights on eBay. First one was $40 the second one was $24.

Darn, I just sold some of those square OEM lights 2 months ago on e-Bay!!!!! I would have sent them to you for cheap - but I got a lot of $$ for them. Do you still want hood vents?

PostingID: 1432277326 on Nothern NJ Craig's List for Nissan "hood vents" - I don't know what they look like though.

Melissa, I run some PIAAs that I bought several years ago (third rig they've been on-LOL), but these things blow stockers away.
Not exactly what you're looking for, but they cost me 80 (wholesale!).
Hella makes something that looks fairly close to the stocker and will have much better performance as well.
Son't look at Vatozone fogs (Pilot?) and come to the conclusion that all aftermarket fogs will be crap.
Long story short, I think you would be happier with a good aftermarket brand then you would be with stockers.
What mine look like-running off the stck switch and wiring as well:

Thanks NickM.

I do have two sets of aftermarket fog lights, and I am currently running one set of them, but I fell in love with the OEM ones that came on my jeep six years ago when I bought it. Now.......... even the nice aftermarket ones I have just don't look quite right like the OEM ones did. Here are the ones I have now

What happened to the ones that came on your rig?
FWIW, I believe that the stockers may have been made by Hella (Hella made OEM fogs for several manufacturers at that time).
The stockers on my '03 Stang GT are a joke-just for appearance sake more then anything else.

My OEM lights worked really well and looked just right to, thats why I really liked them.

As for what happened to them...........the drivers side fog light got busted out by a really mean tumbleweed the size of a small tree as it came blowing across the freeway, the other light was on another month untill I hit a deer, then it was history too :sad0147:

I really hate tumbleweeds, we can grow some very large mean ones around here, that just love to hibernate and reproduce under rigs and on fences :rotfl2:

We need pictures. No tumble weeds in the Houston area, at least none that I recall.

I'll send you some if you like them, I have lots :D :rotfl2:

Tumbleweeds are a major pain in the ***!! I run alot of New Zeland electric fence, and depending on the time of year and moisture level in the ground, tumbleweeds can ground out my fences ( that happens alot ), and or could potentially start a fire with the 7,000 volts that my fence produces ( that has never happened ). Twice a year I have to remove the tumbleweeds from my entire fence line :smiley-scared002:

Mel, those won't work for you.
97+ have the fogs under the bumper at the ends-look at a pic:

http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj37/NickM67/JECH9701.jpg

If you look under the bumper ends, you will see cutouts for the fogs-this one did not come w/fogs, so it has fillers where they would go.

I saw another ad for the round Wrangler OEM fog lights by this same seller - he is commercial, not a private seller and he's kinda expensive. :(
