SO after breaking 3 out of my 4 shafts in front axle.. I decided Jeep axles will not cut it anymore.

I had/have a 73 9" and HP44 out of a f100 behind the garage. :D

The plan is simple.. but not cheap.

Front axle is
5.13's
ARB,
Nitro Shafts (ford Inner, Chevy/Waggy Outers)
300M Joints
Reid knuckles
Solid drive Flanges
Solid High steer arms
TNT truss
Used waggy 6 lug spindles rotors
Bobby Long inner spindle thingy

Rear axle is
5.14's
Detroit
Dutchman 6lug outers
TNT UBE's
Custom truss

Misc stuff...
36" TSl's
32 bolt beadlocks
Alcan rear leaf springs
Fueal cell moved to "bed"

Did I mention.. I will be doing Hydro assist on this too:driving:

Since I am running MJ alcans in the rear (2" wb stretch the easy way) I have to move g-tank out of the way..

Well since I am running UBE's I have to be able to set weight on axle to set pinion angle... Well my Dutchman shafts are cut to length ones. Gave vendor measurement (not dutchman, middleman) Well he told me I would have to cut short side down.. well they made sahft too long, and not enough splines to make shaft up:mad0090::sad0147::eek: So pending outcome with vendor... depends if full out interent warfare starts. That is why he is not named yet.

Anyways.. axle under jeep waiting on work to be done. Also cut lower Qtrs up. Thinking of dove tailing the rear:D

Since the rear end is dead in the water.. time to move onto front axle work. Last night yesterday evening.. set axle on top of welding/fab table. Today plan is to either get front axle put together.. or work on Truggy.

Tore the front end apart...
