Ok this is for my wife's 1996 Mustang that she recently spun on a rain drenched road and hit a concrete barrier. I am AWARE it isn't a Jeep. :P

Red, concrete, and rain just don't mix with your family....

My dad has wrecked every Red car he has ever had... my wife had a red car and guess what yep she wrecked it... that is why I drive Blue or Silver.

oh wait my blue one was wrecked when I got it. "knock on wood" LOL...

We'll see what the future holds, but right now there is no budget for that.

Well they re-skinned the rear quater panel of my Jeep. I had the process explained to me. Sound pretty simple, but you still have to buy the skin! :smiley-laughing021:

Very nice of you to offer, but honestly I'd rather do it myself and have you show me. :D

I can totally appreciate , give me a few months and when I start back on the tbird I can show you a few things via the web when I change the rear apron, same principles

Matt, msmoorenburg, invited me out to his shop so we could bend the Mustang back in to a better shape. So I drove the 69.4 miles from my house to the shop!

Matt was already busy with a DELOREAN, after a few flux capacitor jokes, he was out looking at the damage first hand. Damn, if I had of thought of it I could have got that guy to go back and time and stop the accident! Oh well.

Quickly Matt had the bumper off then Rene showed up and we made quick work of the winch on his Jeep. My job was to press on the brake petal of the Jeep to halt is progression towards the Mustang.

After this we replaced the pads on the rear discs. Metal to metal driver's side rear!

My wife is very happy and I may have done 20 minutes work. Matt did it all! Best to just stay out of his way, watch and learn!

Thanks Matt!

Items needed for the 1996 Mustang repairs...

1. Driver's side tail light.
2. Bumper cover
3. 2 lug nut covers for the wheels. The other one is missing now!!!!!
