I got a set of used rims on my jeep. How can I find out what kinda backspacing I have?

Measure from the Wheel mounting surface to the back edge of the rim. Those are probably around 4".

I'm thinking about going 33" on the tires, What kinda backspacing would be the best for a 4.5 ' lift?

4" should be good as long as you don't go with tires that are too wide. When I was looking for mine, I did some asking around and reading and found that 3.75" or 4" was good for a 33x12.50. I wouldn't think that you would want to go much less than that anyways because it puts the center line of the wheel out too far which is hard on ball joints and unit bearings

Those look like 3.75.
