I have 5 pairs of my new “Stress Relief” Shackles available for testing I want some real world Feedback on the function and drivability. I encourage use more for trail rigs than daily drivers.

I would think a rear track bar would be inorder for a DD.

Thats a great deal right there, wish I had a little XJ fundage , I would certainly break them , or I mean test them for ya lol lol seriously though nice design

These shackles make the body feel like it has a little more roll in the rear on Xjs with thinner leafs. Some guys that DD their jeeps don't like that feeling. I didn't notice any on mine but my leafs are stiff.

That is understandable. The stock leaves are marginal anyway. Just a suggestion. A 2" lift version would be popular. If I was a little more flush right now I would try out a set for you too. But alas, the economy....

How about building them with a flex joint at the frame... and a regular end on the leaf spring. I think it would offer more flex, and predictability.
