My (wifes) new 91 xj

We are pickin up a 91 xj 2dr sport next sat on on 4-10-10. It has a 4.0l, 5 speed, 4x4, guessin 231 not sure yet, not sure of axles either. We are gettin it for $750. Runs and drives great (supposedly). Will find out more this next weekend.

We will be doin a 3" lift and 32"-33" tires. Depending on rear axle with either be doin a 8.8 or 8.25. Will do skids, bumpers, tire carrier, and rock rails.

Can't say I've ever seen Exploder wheels on an XJ.


Nice base to work from, a manual 2 dr would make a nice wheeler.

me either would be awesome if ti had the explorer rear end to go with those wheels. but explorer wheels are more offset then jeep wheels. i ran 33x12.5x15 on a set for a ranger with stock backspacing and it worked just fine. i dont really care for them so im lookin for a set for her.

i already have lined up leafs for the rear, springs for the front, lca for the front, maybe a side glass, pick up front lift shocks sunday
