As for "tags" I don't know, but I am sure someone else will

Tags are used for easier searching by others on the board. You can put in words that help describe your post. "jeep, fire, sexy blond" for example.

There is a sticky message in the Announcements section that explain how to post pictures. Plus you can always PM me with any questions.
