View Full Version : Flooding in Houston - Jeep Fun

This is one of the main reasons I like having a lifted 4x4 in Houston. It's been a number of years since we've had this level of flooding. Normally it's every 1 to 2 years.

Just prior to this puddle, I drove through about 600 feet of 12+ of water. It really seemed closer to 24 inches, but I didn't stop to measure it. :smiley-scared002:

Is it on roading if you can't see the road?

If your Jeep starts to float you are technically OFF ROAD.

True, but the water is on the road, which is holding you and the water so based on my calculations, you should still be ON the road...technically. :)

I will concede that it is technically on road, if you will concede that it is also ON WATER.

Too much thinking is always good, unless your clothes are off. :smiley-scared002:
