Bought it bone stock, was owned by the Federal Government before I got my hands on it….. Can’t find a picture of it in it its original unmolested state though.
Shortly after I bought it, I put on a roof rack, some bald 33’s on steel wheels, and a 4.5 inch lift, bumper and winch, diffs were open/open at this point:

Then came some rock rails, bushwacker flares, and 35’s:

Then a new rear bumper, with tire carrier:

Shortly after that I lost the crappy roof rack:

And added this!!! 29 splined, Locked, and geared, and put an Aussie in the front.

Bought me a tow rig,

Then I was really able to start tearing into the XJ, and start going a little wild with it.
Upgraded to some 36’s:

Added some THOR and JCR rear quarter guards, and wheeled it a while like that.

Well I don't want you to lean it over, or roll it, but if it happens I'll be interested in seeing how the exo protects the goodies. Thanks for all the pictures, very interesting.

I think it will hold just fine, but soon i will be finishing it up, by adding an X behind the rear seat, and a bar behind the front seat for harnesses.

Good. I didn't notice that you didn't have anything internal.
