cool ive never built one but ive helped some fellow hams install there's
and they work great. Ive been out of the hobby for some time but ive
still got my old ringo ranger.

I've made them out of twin lead television antenna cable, or 450 ohm 'ladder line'. I've seen the plans for the copper cactus J pole.

Currently, I have a 2m/440 J pole I picked up awhile back. I think it was like $30.
