I just got the new catalog from them. It lists this winch for $399.99. It is a 10,000lb winch with a 150psi air compressor and 2.5 gal. storage tank.

I wonder if it is a misprint? I went to their website and it lists it at $749.00. Which for what all you get is STILL a good price.

Mudd, this has YOUR name written ALL over it!!!

Hey thanks I'll have a look. I may hold out for one that includes a bread slicer as well! :D

Great price if it is real. I may buy one to replace my MileMarker and set that up on a moveable platform for use with my pickup or at the rear of the XJ.

Well I don't think a bread slicer would be helpful but a can opener sure would. Then I can open my Pork & Beans when I get to the campsite. My P38 is getting a little worn from 40 years of usage.

I can't find a weight on it anywhere. That could be the bad news. :smiley-scared002:

Which model do you have? Still good? I could take it off your hands and give you some cash to buy the smitty. :) I love milemarkers ;)

It is the 12000 lb one and it has worked great the few times I have needed it. Not sure about the Smitty yet though. But if I do get it then I will let you know mudd.

Ya know, they still make 'em. Even REI does (and the larger sizes as well). I always have one on my key ring. Makes me sit down funny sometimes when it sticks me...:smiley-scared002:
