Leaking into cabin

Working with my new Jeep, which replaces the totaled one from last month. Heavy rains the last few days, and I found water pooling in the front passenger floorboard. A lot of water at the bottom door jam as well.

Is there a particular place that XJ’s leak like this?

Check the seal on the windshield. Also check the windshield frame for rust spots. The corrosion can break the seal and also be the source of a pin hole in the metal
