View Full Version : Cruise not working correctly

When I set the cruise between 55 to 70..... it will hold for 30 seconds then drop off a few mph lower than what it was. So I will set it at 65 and it will drop to 62 or 60.

Any thoughts.

I need to fix it before my summer road trips.

Maybe a vacuum leak in the cruse control system

Any other issues, like air bag light comes on randomly, horn stops working?

No other lights come on, everything else is working great. So the cruise runs on a vac system? Did not know that. Where do I start looking first?

Could it be the button on the steering wheel.?
