Anyone know what this does? It runs back to my charcoal canister. (Inside Blue Circle.)

Just guessing looks like a trans or tc vent line

That's a vent tube. Typically found connected to the differentials, transfercase, transmission.... Wasn't aware that the charcoal canister had one, but haven't spent a lot of time looking at that system.

Thanks,Double checked,its not going to canister,looks sorta like one close to it that is running from canister to evap pump.Thanks again.

That same one on my 97 goes to the front axle.. I'm going to have to find a new "cap" for it though, cause it fell down and dragged on the ground a bit... and ended up demolishing the cap on the vent tube..
