Jeep Cherokee 2.8 CRD limited edition

My Jeep just wont start, the engin swings but does not want to start? Can it be something to do with the diesel pump? Pressure on the diesel is low. Small amount (drops) diesel is coming out. Not much knowledge on that engine here. But, where did you crack open your system for that small amount of fuel coming out?
