Southern Off-road Adventure Rally (SOAR) is coming up at the Market of Marion on March 19th. $25 pre-registration until March 17th

"The King of the Park"
at The Park at Wildwood

The King Of The Park May 21st-22nd.
May 21st gates open to spectators at 9 AM and close at 4 PM (unless camping).
May 22nd gates open at 9 AM and close after awards ceremony.
Gates open at 3 PM on Friday May 20th for racers and team members.


Event registration is $50 per team.
Late Vehicle registration will only be accepted until 8 PM Friday May 20th.
Camping available for race teams and spectators.

$250 payout each class

I'm also planning on increasing my wheeling trips to Ocala National Forest, Hardrock OHV, Citrus WMA, and a couple of local yokel spots.

Well... I was on facebook later in the day after posting this, and it would seem as though "The Park @ Wildwood" will be changing hands. They announced it on their Facebook page that they are no longer tenants there, they canceled Crawlfest that is coming up and refunded all registration monies.

As far as "King of the Park" in May, it's up in the air now because that event was getting put on by an outside vendor. Unknown at this point if the new tenants of the venue will be allowing the event to take place or what they'll even be doing with the park. The rumor mill is buzzing with talk about them making it an exclusive side-by-side course.

Still planning on meeting up barring anything financially unforeseen. We're doing good on our budgetting, but still pretty new at it so we're still getting thrown little surprises here and there.
