I want to redo the door harness cause it's definitely bad. Power locks work or don't. And sometimes when I open the door my radio shuts down and comes back. Getting wire isn't the problem. I'm going to reuse the plugs but don't know what that metal terminal that lives in the plastic clip is called.

The power locks being intermittent could be the switch at the door and not the wiring.

The short answer is that it depends on the manufacturer of the plug (the plastic part the pins go into)
the gauge of wire, and the if it’s a weather resistant plug or not.
The “sex” of the plug also comes into play… is it the female or male end?
MOLEX is one of the industry leaders of interconnect manufacturing.
Chances are, it’s a MOLEX plug you’ll be reusing.
In any case, the terminals or contact pins is what you will be looking for.
…and there are many, many different kinds, shapes, and styles:

There are of course two main types. Male & Female.

Your replacement wires will be crimped and/or soldered (I’d recommend doing both) then inserted into the plug housing.
Typically, you will need a special crimping tool to crimp the wire to these properly.
CAN you do it with a pair of pliers? Yes….
But just because I can get into your jeep and start it with a crow bar, doesn’t mean that I should. ;)
A tool that crimps the ends properly will ensure that the terminals can be seated correctly in the plug(s).

Trying to use standard wire crimpers like these will just result in smashing the end of the terminal, and do more damage than good.

You’re about to tackle a heck of a project, hope this helps!
Good luck!
