So today I put the xj on stands. And started to cut cut out the rust.
No picks sorry I forgot.
Put the zj on the lift and tore into it. The CV shafts where bad put new one's on it. Along with new hubs.

I don't thank the previous owner ever changed the diff. It was half water. In both of them.
The D44 is getting a OX locker. I just like cable over electric or air lockers.
The transfer case looked good. No slop in the chain and the well the transmission I thanked they cooked it.hopefully new filter and fluid fixes the hard shifts
The reason for the zj is so i can have someone. Go with me if they don't have a ride.

Both jeeps are getting 32" sneakers. The xj needs more lift the 3" will not cut it for 32"
The zj has a 4.5" so they should fit hopefully.

32x11.5x15 on 10x15 3.75 backspace worked on my XJ with RC 4.5" lift. Had to trim maybe 1/2 on the front flares for daily driving. Too close for off road without additional bumpstops.

Thanks for the info. I don't have much flares left on the bumpstops
Where do you guys get them. This is my first and second jeep.
They will not see the street unless it's on trail.

Cantab I have read good things about them. And nothing to fail unlike air or electric lockers.
Is rezone a brand or a company? Never heard of them sorry for the question. I am not knowing

After i posted it I figured it out it was along day working on jeeps.
Picked up 1 set of sneakers today. A little more than I wanted to give for them.
But they have about 800 miles on them and came with rims that will fit. Will need to get 6 more that way each jeep has a spare.

With work being crazy busy now. And no $$$$$ for the jeeps. I went and picked up some .
Steel and started making a racks. I needed to show some love to mt Hobart 210. On this build. One rack is going to be 4'x3' and the other is going to be 5'x3' it was cold in my shop.
Because the mesh is galvanized. :P with the door open and a fan on because of the fumes.
From the galvanized mesh.

Started working on a bumper for the XJ. I have made tie in brackets out or 10g
Because that's what i had on hand. And at 11:00pm on Saturday no ones open.
I had some 3" channel I put in the frame. And tied in both sides with 1/2" bolts.
5 the side and 3 on the bottom. Don't thank it's going anywhere.

Got one bumper done and one to go.
I went oldschool on the lights. :D I have some LED's coming.
I have to put on the sneakers. It's easier to work on with stock skins on.

Thanks James.
I was messing around the shop alittle today. And was thanking about making.
A tire carrier for the XJ. The king pin from a V plow should work. Don't know yet if I want to go that route.
Just may say screw it and put the tire in the basket. No room in the back because the gas tank is back there.

They be done well almost.
The XJ has 31" sneakers and the zj has 32" sneakers. The XJ
will be getting a bigger lift and bigger sneakers for it
But it's not in the budget at this time.
