96 to 99 interior change

[96 cherokee]

Has anybody done this swap? both have power locks and windows but the plugs are different looks kike everything else will fit but maybe the overhead console

Glad to here it. When you put something up on other forums people get a bit cranky if it is older but someone is always using the search to fix something old that is new to them. Anyway I know what I added isn't exactaly the years listed but it will give the individual a chance to see how far this swap can go and how much work can be involved. I myself an going with the simple part of it and just going to upgrade to a 97+ center console for the simple fact that it has the bigger cup holders.

I remember reading those, thanks for finding that post. It looks to me that a lot of people make the ebrake into a bigger deal then it has to be, I think I'll be doing this in my next XJ cause I'm getting ready to sell my current one. Thanks again for the great info!

found tan door panels out of a 96 country at the junk yard worked great thanks for the info
