Ok I bought this software (rented it actually), set it up and thousands, ok tens, of people look to me to be the "expert" on this software.

I just saw something new today, and I don't know if you guys noticed it.

When reading a message I saw "View First Unread" in the upper left hand corner of the first post on the page.

Clicking on "View First Unread" took me to the first unread post in the thread!

No more scrolling and remembering what I read, or didn't read.

It must have been there the whole time, but I DIDN'T SEE IT! :rotfl2:

Took me awhile on that one too. Someone else posted something about it before I caught on and they had been on for quite awhile on another forum. Sneaky little icon.

Hey Mudderoy there is a "view first unread" setting that saves you time, might want to check it out :D

On second DUH! Anyone notice the "http://www.xjtalk.com/images/styles/thanks/buttons/lastpost.gif" in the "Last Post" column? That will take you to the last unread post in that thread!!!!

I've been clicking on "New Posts"
Then going to the last page number for that unread thread then scrolling down looking for the last post.

After I saw the "View First Unread"..
I was clicking on the last page and clicking on "View First Unread"

Wow at least I'm finding this stuff before a whole year has passed by! :shocker:

You can also view first unread on any page in long posts like Random Pics by clicking on the icon and then first unread.
