Each are surrounded by [].

Should be your-link-to-your-picture-here

Well the link you have in your first post isn't right, it doesn't pull up a picture if you put it in IE or Firefox.

So if you are asking about a link that DOES work, then you just put it in front of the http:, don't forget the one at the end though.
