Ok so the last invite didnt get any people. So, anybody, pick the houston area place and the time and I will go. Come on, it isnt safe to wheel by yourself. Im just trying to be safe here. So if anybody is ever willing to take there jeep offroad (which is afterall what its intended for) let me know and ill go with you. It really shouldnt be this hard to find somebody to wheel with :bang:

I don't think we have any members in the Houston area, but check out www.Where2Wheel.com

Its a brand new site for finding and sharing trails in your local area. Also has a "Need Recovery" feature built-in for if you wheeling alone. You just login on your cell phone when/where you are stuck, hit "Need Recovery" and the site reports your location along with a distress beacon to all other members in the area.

I guess everybody has a hard time finding people to go with. I want to drive the Utah Backcountry Discovery Route, but can't find anyone willing to go along.

Did you check your email account for an activation link? Told me my login was denied until I activated it through there.

Planning on buying a new truck next year,to pull the jeep with. Once I do that then i will be more able to take the xj on road trips.

http://jeepjam.net looks to me that it is a yearly thing. I haven't been to it before, but I plan on not missing it this year.

I'll be ready to go this fall. I got repairs to make and I hate wheeling in the heat. We are real busy right now so wheeling will have to wait. I'll let you know when we're ready!!
