My ac blower motor would occasionally quit and i had to wiggle harness. Now all od a sudden it quit. I'm getting power at the harness and fuse seems ro be good.

Wiggling a harness indicates a bad connection. That would be the first place to start

Now wiggling it doesn't do anything.

You still have a place to start then, with the connection

Blower motor not working for Air conditioner

I straight wired to the blower fan with a fused cord and now it blows. So my fan works when power goes to it. I also read this may be a recall issue but i don't know. If straight wiring makes it blow what is the culprit? it looks diffifult to get to the resistor.

if resistor fails, blower works only on high.

Sometimes blower itself have an issue, stuck etc which results short and blows fuse. Remove blower, disconnect power and try to rotate by hand. Feel the resistance there, it should rotate free without any drag

It's working straight wired.....so not getting power would be my guess. is it the switch? I checked the harness I formerly could wiggle and get it to blow and one wire I checked had power.

As I said, wiggling means you had a bad connection. That means you had power, just couldn't get it to the fan motor

But then wiggling it, it didnt work anymore, one day.

it means connection permanently broken, if you have a power at blower end, check the grounding wire
