99 jeep has a hard time starting

Have trouble starting my jeep having to give it gas to stay run after I put it in drive and go down the road its fine its starting the problem battery's fine charged it. There's no check engine light ? Help.

Does the idle waver up and down? If so, might need to clean/replace the IAC valve. Other culprits if it's not could be fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter

Where is the IAC valve at ?
